Project Accomplishments:  none on my 11-point star project

Book Comments: no listening today

Observations: This is the ninety-sixth day since I resumed my 11-point star project. I should be much further along with it. It just seems that I easily focus on “everyday things that need to get done” instead of focusing on profitable projects. I thought that I would be able to resume the process this week. I have appointments tomorrow, which include music practice with a friend. I have one scheduled appointment next week. Thus, I hope to focus on 11-point star next week.

Prayer: I once heard that if the devil cannot get you to sin, the devil would keep you busy. The devil must have an influence over me. I seem always to be busy. I would like to focus on activities that please you, others and me. Lord, help me to focus my time on things that have the most meaning and longest life.

Diversions: Today was regularly scheduled quilt meeting until noon. My color presentation went well and my doodle quilt went over well too.. There was a good response to my color wheel notebook so when I came home I began to make a better layout for the notebook. I sold some just from the sample book. I stopped at the bank on the way home. About 3:30, I got ready for a 25th anniversary celebration, where we had a light dinner. When I got home, I began to sand rails for our bridge. I will stain the rails when the sanding is completed. I will stain them. I worked some more on the color wheel notebook layout. I gathered my music for my practice tomorrow
