Reading the tabs titled “An Introduction”, “Background” and “About” will help you know what this blog is about. You can track my 11-point star quilting project progress from day one to today.

Date: Day 91 Friday October 28, 2011

Project Accomplishments:  I bet you are disappointed, as I am, but there was no progress on the 11-point star project. I did do other things in my studio

Books:  Title: #14 — A Prisoner of Birth —  Author:  Jeffrey Archer– # of Discs: 13 — Listening time: 16 hours 30 minutes

Book Comments: no listening on Friday

Exercise: cleaned house, cooked

Tools:

Observations: This is the first time I did not blog at the end of the day. I was sooooo tired after everyone left at 11:30. I did some clean up and went to bed. I actually spent about a half hour in my studio trying to make fabric choices. I will revisit that today.

Prayer: For an enjoyable day on Friday, I thank you. For my few-measure solo, I did fine and I thank you for that. Continue to guide my music endeavors and help me to play above my expected level.

Diversions: : I met H for a morning appointment after that I stopped at the grocery store to get buns and ice for the evening party. I vacuumed and rearranged the living room for a party setup, cleaned the power room and did final setup for food and drinks. I also did some laundry. By the time I finished everything, it was time to go to concert warm up. The Sousa concert was at 7:30. There were some very good moments in the concert and some things that were off but generally, the concert was fine. The post concert party, which H and I hosted could have had anywhere from five to 40 people. There were nineteen with good conversation and good food.
