Date: Day 64 Saturday October 1, 2011

Project Accomplishments: see diversions below

Books:  Title: #10 — Cat’s Eyewitness —  Author: Rita Mae Brown & Sneaky Pie Brown — # of Discs: 8 —

Book Comments: finished disc 2 and 3

Observations: I enjoyed meeting more Lansing Area Patcher members.

Prayer: Today I hope to meet some interesting, enthusiastic quilters. I pray that our work is pleasing to you. Bless my family and find it in your heart to bless them with meaningful work, love and contentment.

Diversions: First thing I did was work on an art quilt project for MSUCC quilt group demonstration and did not get very far. Lansing Area Patchers had a “Sit and Sew” day from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. I attended that until about 3:00. Upon returning home, I took a nap since I had risen at 4:00 a.m. and was tired. I watched MSU as they beat Ohio State. Go MSU. I finished another doll quilt and started two more from orphan blocks. Tomorrow is the last day I have to work on those. H and I went out for pizza.
